Employment Application
Safe Harbor is a Christian faith-based, non-profit ministry protected under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
As a religious organization, Safe Harbor reserves all rights afforded under Title VII and may exercise those rights in its employment practices, including the right to request a written testimony of faith from applicants.
Safe Harbor operates in compliance with all applicable North Carolina employment laws and follows an at-will employment policy, meaning that either the employee or Safe Harbor may terminate the employment relationship at any time, with or without cause or notice, subject to applicable law.
Applicants are considered for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, marital status, veteran status, medical condition, disability, or biological gender, in accordance with applicable laws. Employment decisions may also take into account alignment with Safe Harbor’s biblical beliefs and faith-based mission as permitted under the Title VII of the Civil Rights Act.
